Michael Rikon settled a claim for the acquisition by the Dormitory Authority of 85-115 Crown Street, Brooklyn for an addition to the Medgar Evers College. The case was settled on trial before the Honorable Abraham Gerges for $7,613,000. The Dormitory Authority's pre-vesting offer was $2,250,000.

Robert Gottlieb settled a real estate claim in the Crown Heights Urban Renewal Project for $311,000. The pre-vesting offer was $190,000.

M. Robert Goldstein settled the claim of Vann L. Witcher in the Queens West Hunters Point proceeding for $17 million. The advance payment was $7.66 million.

Michael Rikon and Philip A. Sanchez settled the claim of Island Realty, et al in the Mill Creek, Staten Island Bluebelt proceeding for $3,500,000 plus interest. The advance payment was $124,950.

Philip A. Sanchez settled the claim of Jack Taback for $675,000 in the Edgemere Urban Renewal in Queens. The City had authorized an advance payment of $242,000.
