Authority's pre-vesting offer was $2,250,000.
Robert Gottlieb settled a real estate claim in the Crown Heights Urban Renewal Project for $311,000. The pre-vesting offer was $190,000.
M. Robert Goldstein settled the claim of Vann L. Witcher in the Queens West Hunters Point proceeding for $17 million. The advance payment was $7.66 million.
Michael Rikon settled the claim of Lester Epstein for the taking of a four story office building at 47 East 44th Street, Manhattan for $9 million. The pre-vesting offer was $5 million.
