Firm History
GOLDSTEIN, GOLDSTEIN, RIKON & GOTTLIEB, P.C. is a
law firm at the cutting edge of condemnation law. Our firm
represents a merger of three of the most skilled and successful
law firms practicing condemnation law in America. Samuel Goldstein
founded the firm in 1923, establishing a strong tradition
of aggressively protecting the constitutional rights of people
who have had their property condemned for a public use.
Michael Rikon has been practicing condemnation law and litigation
in the New York State Court of Claims since 1969. In July, 1994, Samuel Goldstein and Sons and Michael Rikon,
P.C. merged.
On July 1, 2000, Goldstein, Goldstein & Rikon, P.C.
merged with Robert S. Gottlieb who has been practicing condemnation
law since 1967. Interestingly, Robert and Michael Rikon worked
together at the Condemnation Division of the New York City
Corporation Counsel during the early part of their careers.
The new firm is Goldstein, Goldstein, Rikon & Gottlieb,
P.C.
The firm's offices, utilizing the latest in law
